1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and iLotto ("iLotto", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the iLotto website located at https://ilotto.cam and all related services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, instant win games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered thereon.

By accessing the iLotto platform, creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you consent to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

iLotto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform following publication of any updated Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

"Account"

A registered player account created on the iLotto platform, through which the User accesses platform services.

"Balance"

The total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free bet awards, reload bonuses, or similar incentives credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The identity verification process required by iLotto before processing a User's first withdrawal, which may require submission of a valid Malaysian IC, proof of address, and/or payment method verification.

"Wagering Requirement"

The minimum total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.

"MYR" / "RM"

Malaysian Ringgit — the sole fiat currency in which iLotto accounts are denominated.

"Platform"

The iLotto website, mobile web application, and all associated services, tools, and features accessible at https://ilotto.cam.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Any country or territory from which access to or use of iLotto services is restricted, blocked, or prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an iLotto account, a User must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period of account usage:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. iLotto enforces a strict 21+ policy for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register as Users.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of iLotto or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be self-excluded from iLotto or have a subsisting self-exclusion agreement with iLotto or any related platform.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on the iLotto platform. Multiple account registration is strictly prohibited.

iLotto reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration & Security

When registering an account on iLotto, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring that this information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. iLotto strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must notify iLotto's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the iLotto platform at any given time. Where iLotto identifies that a User holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — iLotto reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any bets placed on such accounts, and forfeit any associated balance, including winnings.

iLotto implements a KYC verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Users will be required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC may require submission of a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or passport, a recent proof of address (dated within 90 days), and verification of the payment method used for deposits. iLotto reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at its discretion.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

iLotto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Bank Connect, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. iLotto does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account owned and registered in the name of the iLotto account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX are typically processed within 1–4 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes.

Processing times stated above are indicative only. iLotto shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance, public holidays (including Malaysian public holidays), or circumstances beyond iLotto's reasonable control. All withdrawal requests are subject to AML review and KYC verification. iLotto reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of such review.

All accounts on iLotto are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are charged for MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on iLotto are subject to the general betting rules set out in this clause, as well as any sport-specific, event-specific, or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general rules and specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

• A bet is final and binding once confirmed by the iLotto platform. Confirmed bets may not be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn except where expressly permitted under specific event or market rules.
• iLotto reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time the bet was accepted, where odds were published in error, or where the event was not conducted in accordance with its published rules.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at iLotto's discretion. iLotto reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. Specific limits are published in the relevant market rules. Where a User's winnings on a single event exceed the applicable maximum payout, iLotto will pay out up to the maximum and void the excess portion of the return.
• Winnings credited to a User's account following a settled bet are real-money funds and do not carry wagering requirements unless derived from Bonus Funds subject to active promotion terms.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. iLotto does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

iLotto offers various promotional programmes, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards, subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of each offer. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users only. iLotto reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game contributions are specified in each promotion's individual terms. As a general reference: wagering multipliers range from 10x to 30x; slots typically contribute 100% and table games typically contribute 10–20%.
• The maximum permitted bet whilst a bonus is active is RM300 per round unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Bonus funds expire as specified in the individual promotion terms, typically within 7 to 30 days of being credited. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• iLotto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to any obligations already incurred by eligible Users at the time of withdrawal or modification.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of system errors, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iLotto platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported to iLotto's support team immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting, or other conduct that corrupts the integrity of sporting events.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward iLotto staff or other platform users.

9 Responsible Gambling

iLotto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling on iLotto is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable means of generating income and should never be pursued to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss amounts over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (1 day to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and be excluded from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the iLotto platform — including but not limited to the iLotto name, logo, website design, software, databases, text, graphics, game content, promotional materials, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of iLotto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, sublicense, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without iLotto's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iLotto shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or system damage, or the cost of substitute services.

iLotto's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant incident.

iLotto does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware or harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and data integrity but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

12 Account Termination & Closure

A User may request closure of their iLotto account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagers will be settled, and any remaining real-money balance (subject to applicable KYC and AML checks) will be returned to the User's verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

iLotto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where iLotto has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, provided false information, or where account activity raises AML or regulatory concerns. In the event of account closure due to a breach by the User, iLotto reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. iLotto operates as an online entertainment platform and complies with the operating requirements of its regulatory framework.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact iLotto's customer support team in the first instance. iLotto is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal customer support channels, it may be escalated to iLotto's formal dispute resolution process, details of which are available upon request.

14 Amendments to These Terms

iLotto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the iLotto platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.

Where you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you are entitled to close your account without penalty before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
